Random signs from NYC.
Um, pretend I said something profound about linguistics and modes of communication…
Res and Kenosha Kid made me take it.
I feel like I should have something metaphorical to say about this…

How about, for the last one: if you go one way, you get stuck. But if you turn around, there’s no stopping! (But remember: I’m the one whose kid saw Mary in a clump of snow…)

I think the ‘hollow sidewalk’ sign means just that, that it isn’t on solid ground. We have one like that just outside dowtown Dayton, you can walk on it, but there is a weight limit. I think it resulted from a rebuilding/shifting thingie.
Of course, why have a sidewalk if you can’t walk on it?

That could work. Or “Stop” is the opposite of “One Way”.
Ironically enough, my verification word is “ygtop”…

Does that middle sign imply that you can park on the solid sidewalks?
