The only potential crime <i>I personally</i> witnessed was an NOPD officer (white) delivering "requisitioned" booze to an "unevacuated" bar on Decatur Street. Hmm, what does it mean that two of the most prominent people spreading the “news” about Scary Black People turned out to be New Orleans’ Mayor (black) and its Superintendent of Police (black)?
