Hmm, what does it mean that two of the most prominent people spreading the “news” about Scary Black People turned out to be New Orleans’ Mayor (black) and its Superintendent of Police (black)?
The only potential crime I personally witnessed was an NOPD officer (white) delivering “requisitioned” booze to an “unevacuated” bar on Decatur Street.

How that? Since its beyond your capacity to research and see how much of the mess was caused by the “victims” who tried to satiate their hunger with flat screen tv sets.
