I think just keeping Shrum retired would be a benefit to this plan all by itself. The strange thing is (I&#039;m by no means the first person to note this), that if in any other service business you&#039;d offered to do work for them, and you&#039;d be in charge of ordering whatever you thought you&#039;d needed and you&#039;d make a profit from that purchase, they&#039;d say you were a pirate. Yet it&#039;s the norm in Democratic political consultancy. Even the Republicans seem to know better than to sign up for that sort of thing.</description>
