When I turned 39, my sisters enrolled me in the Geriatric Celebration Of The Month Club. Each month leading up to my big 4-0, they sent a package — containing Old Fart slippers, a muu-muu, reading glasses (already had those), air-freshener spray for those days when your adult diaper just doesn’t FEEL fresh, tweezers with a magnifying glass attached… you get the idea.
You too will survive, with your humor intact.
