		<description>At this rate, pretty soon no one&#039;s going to be up to the demands of the job. Not that Geithner isn&#039;t incompetent, mind you. I&#039;m just hoping we replace him with someone who &lt;EM&gt;is&lt;/EM&gt; competent before it&#039;s too late.</description>
